Kayla joined The Gathering Well’s content team in 2024. Kayla has a passion for leading others to Jesus through writing, and The Gathering Well is the perfect team to work with in stewarding this gift. Kayla and her husband, Jesse, are high school sweethearts and reside in Southwest Virginia, where they were both born and raised. Kayla is currently a stay-at-home mom with a daughter, a son, and another son on the way! Jesse is a Professor of Practice and director of the Financial Planning program at Virginia Tech. Together, they both serve in their local church. Kayla loves helping others experience the love, grace, and goodness of God, further aiding emotional and mental health needs. Jesus died a sacrificial death in our place so we can live in eternity with our Heavenly Father, fully reconciled to Him. We are no longer bound to our struggles and sins; there is freedom in Jesus!
